DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do NOT accept returns at this time.  Because our product is food, once it leaves our facility, we are not able to bring it back in.  However, if a product is not correct, please let us know, and we will fix it right away.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

We do not have minimums on our House products.  If you are wanting to set up a proprietary blend, the minimum is one gallon.  Typically a spice only blend is roughly 4# per gallon, if it is heavy with salt and/or sugar, we can fit closer to 6 pounds in a gallon sized container.

DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS?

Yes, we also provide bulk spices/blends in 25 or 50# boxes/bags.  Please email for pricing and delivery options.

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM BLEND?

You can either call or email us here at Valley Harvest Products.  Email is always the best option.   We will need to get a copy of your recipe, at that time, we will make up a sample and send it off to you (or you can pick up).  Once your blend is in our system (it will NEVER be put online for sale), we will be able to take orders via email or phone.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We are able to personally deliver anywhere in the Seattle/Tacoma area.  If you are out of our delivery area, we will ship using UPS.  There will also be times that local orders will be shipped via UPS rather than delivered.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed before 2pm, will typically ship the same day.  Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following business day.  If there are any problems that occur, we will let you know.  If you are local to Seattle/Tacoma, deliveries will be dropped off at your location the next business day.

WHO CAN BUY FROM VALLEY HARVEST PRODUCTS?

At this time, we only sell and ship/deliver spices to restaurants and food manufacturers.
